I believe this was for my sons visit. He sliced his finger on his Katana Sword. We were seen within 10 mins, before even comleteing the paperwork. Dr. Wheatly (AKA Mr. Arizona) made him feel cared for. Specifically, someone came into the ER after us and was triaged which was understandable. But Dr. Wheatley actually peaked his head in our room and told us he had to see the more severe case that had just come in. He did not have to do that, right? Most ERs, you wait, and wait and wait.... The stitches were perfect and are out now. And my son is now practicing football @ HSU! Go Cowboys.

The guy up front, "sorry I cant remember your name" was great. We arrived at 1230am and this guy was alert, important, right? He made us feel welcomed and ensured our needs would be met.
